Gerald Gardner — Founder of Wiccan Religion

by David J. Stewart

Wicca's Founder Belonged to Nudist Colony in 1930's

Wicca Witchcraft founder, Gerald Gardner, was personal friends with Satanist, Aleister CrowleyGardner also wove in some personal idiosyncrasies. One was a fondness for linguistic archaisms: "thee," "thy," "'tis," "Ye Bok of ye Art Magical." Another was a taste for nudism: Gardner had belonged to a nudist colony in the 1930s, and he prescribed that many Wiccan rituals be carried out "skyclad." This was a rarity even among occultists: no ancient pagan religion is known, or was thought in Gardner's time, to have regularly called for its rites to be conducted in the nude. Some Gardnerian innovations have sexual and even bondage-and-discipline overtones.

Ritual sex, which Gardner called "The Great Rite," and which was also largely unknown in antiquity, was part of the liturgy for Beltane and other feasts (although most participants simulated the act with a dagger — another of Gardner's penchants — and a chalice). Other rituals called for the binding and scourging of initiates and for administering "the fivefold kiss" to the feet, knees, "womb" (according to one Wiccan I spoke with, a relatively modest spot above the pubic bone), breasts, and lips.

Hutton effectively demolished the notion, held by Wiccans and others, that fundamentally pagan ancient customs existed beneath medieval Christian practices. His research reveals that outside of a handful of traditions, such as decorating with greenery at Yuletide and celebrating May Day with flowers, no pagan practices — much less the veneration of pagan gods -- have survived from antiquity. Hutton found that nearly all the rural seasonal pastimes that folklorists once viewed as "timeless" fertility rituals, including the Maypole dance, actually date from the Middle Ages or even the eighteenth century.

There is now widespread consensus among historians that Catholicism thoroughly permeated the mental world of medieval Europe, introducing a robust popular culture of saints' shrines, devotions, and even charms and spells. The idea that medieval revels were pagan in origin is a legacy of the Protestant Reformation.

Hutton has also pointed out a lack of evidence that either the ancient Celts or any other pagan culture celebrated all the "eight feasts of the Wheel" that are central to Wiccan liturgy. "The equinoxes seem to have no native pagan festivals behind them and became significant only to occultists in the nineteenth century," Hutton told me. "There is still no proven pagan feast that stood as ancestor to Easter" — a festival that modern pagans celebrate as Ostara, the vernal equinox. END

Wiccan Founder Personal Friends With Satanist, Aleister Crowley

Satanist, Aleister Crowley was personal friends with Wicca founder, Gerald GardnerOne of Crowley's acquaintances in the last month of his life was Gerald Gardner, who told him about his own personal initiation into the New Forest coven of Witches in 1939.

Gardner, who was initiated into the O.T.O. by Crowley, subsequently went on to found Gardnerian Wicca, an early form of the Neopagan religion of Wicca, and various scholars on early Wiccan history, such as Ronald Hutton, Philip Heselton and Leo Ruickbie concurred that Gardnerianism's early rituals, as devised by Gardner, contained much from Crowley's writings such as the Gnostic Mass.

Indeed, Gardner liked Crowley's writings because he believed that they "breathed the very spirit of paganism."

In the 1950s, Gardner's High Priestess Doreen Valiente went through many of the early Wiccan scriptures in the Book of Shadows and removed what she saw as "Crowleyanity," believing it to have a damaging effect on the new tradition, and describing Crowley himself as a "brilliant writer and a splendid poet but as a person he was simply a nasty piece of work."

Aleister Crowley (1875-1947)— Initiated to the highest levels of Freemasonry and high priest of the Golden Dawn, said:

"A white male child of perfect innocence and intelligence makes the most suitable victim."

Infamous Satanist, bisexual and drug-addict, Aleister Crowley, is revered by Rock singers and bands. Ozzy Osbourne produced a tribute song in 1980 called Mr. Crowley, honoring Aleister Crowley. Crowley and the founder of Wicca Witchcraft, Gerald Gardner, were close personal friends. [2]

Aleister Crowley is probably the Black Magician who is the most popular foreground figure in Hollywood and the Music Industry today. He is considered being the one who “invented” backward messages on music recordings (used by The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones to name a few). A great percentage of the rock/rap/hip hop musicians of the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s are highly influenced by this occult, black magician. And sadly enough, it is often not even by their own choice – the satanic influence is something that is programmed into the artist’s mind by the “Illuminati” to serve a specific goal. You will learn more about this as go along. Now, let me introduce the most popular black magician (together with L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of the Church of Scientology) of today. Crowley has had a significant influence on the young people’s minds from the 50’s up to this date ...

Wiccan witches claim they don't believe in a Biblical Devil in their religion; yet they worship Pan, from whom the modern image of a Devil with a tail and horns originates. Wiccans are deceived! Wicca's founder was personal friends with the most infamous Satanist of the 20th century, Aleister Crowley. Crowley openly admitted his belief in child sacrifice to Lucifer in his writings. Crowley is revered today by occultists, Satanist and witches worldwide.

For Wiccan witches to say they don't believe in a Devil is either an admission of woeful ignorance or a blatant denial of the truth. Many Satanists even claim they don't believe in a literal Devil; yet they worship him by blaspheming the holy Bible, speak all manner of evil against the Holy Spirit of God and flash horned Devil hand-signs to show their allegiance to the coming Antichrist, THE BEAST of Revelation (Revelation 13:1-4). Wiccans will follow THE BEAST when he comes. END

Aleister Crowley Called Himself “THE BEAST”

In 1910 Crowley was contacted by Theodore Reuss, the head of an organization called the Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). This group of high-ranking Freemasons claimed to have discovered the supreme secret of practical magick, which is taught in its highest degrees. Crowley joined, becoming a member of O.T.O. Crowley rewrote the rites of the O.T.O.

Crowley referred to himself as "The Beast" and indulged in every aspect of the occult and was obsessed with it. He was into every form of sexual perversion you can imagine. He also had various sexually transmitted diseases. Aleister Crowley died in Hastings, England on December 1, 1947. However, his teachings live on.
