Photo: On average, every time this blinks someone passes into eternity. It has been estimated that only 7% of the world's population has accepted the Biblical plan of salvation. Even if this research is wrong and the number is 75%, that still means that over 38,000 people are going to Hell every day. Clearly, there is still much that needs to be done to bring the lost to Christ. The counter above shows the estimated average number of people who have died since this counter was opened. However, that is just an estimate. Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that this estimate is totally wrong. Let’s say that the number is much higher. Let’s say that 70% of the world is going to Heaven. That means that 47,000 people are still going to Hell every day.
