“I am so lonely”

Isaiah 49:21, “Then shalt thou say in thine heart, Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, and am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? and who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; these, where had they been?”

       Loneliness is one of the most painful feelings in the world. Isaiah the prophet told the Jews that part of their judgment for rebelling against God would be loneliness. They were to be taken into captivity and moved to places they didn't want to go. They would lose their children and become desolate.

Sometimes people end up lonely because of their own foolish decisions in life. Sometimes we end up lonely because of life itself, situations out of our control. Regardless, loneliness often makes a person wish they were dead . . .

PARIS STUDENT DIES

Anne-Laure, from Paris, left a 13-page suicide letter in her hotel room before throwing herself into the River Thames in London, in April. She wrote, "I am going to kill myself because I have buck teeth. I will fully put an end to my fears and exhaustion. I now only have one fear, to mess it up and wake in a hospital room in more despair."

The policeman who dealt with the case, said afterwards, "It is a complete mystery to her family and friends why she did this. She had a perfectly normal life in France. You don't know what goes through the minds of young women; they have an image of perfection and take it to the extreme. Her teeth did not stick out much."

Anne-Laure felt alone in her self-perceived dental deficiencies. That's a sad ending. If all her friends had the same type of teeth, perhaps she wouldn't have felt the way she did. So often we judge ourselves based upon what we think other people think about us. The world can be so cruel and heartless. This is why it's so important that we learn to only look at what God thinks about us. Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." God is either angry with you for rejecting Jesus as your Savior (Psalm 7:11), and you are not God's child; or else you are God's child and He views you as having Christ's righteousness, and He has no evil thought toward you because you are His child. If you are lonely, come to Jesus that you may be of good cheer, knowing that you'll go to Heaven when this troublesome life is over.

How to Know Christ

Matthew 28:20b, "And, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen." —Jesus Christ

Loneliness is one of the most painful emotions, making us feel abandoned, betrayed and unwanted. This is why many people commit suicide when they are lonely. But there is life after loss. The Apostle Paul didn't want to live anymore, he wanted to go be with the Lord, and I feel the same way . . .

Philippians 1:21-24, "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. But if I live in the flesh, this is the fruit of my labour: yet what I shall choose I wot not. For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to depart, and to be with Christ; which is far better: Nevertheless to abide in the flesh is more needful for you."

Paul said, "to die is gain." This is only true for the born-again Christian believer. The unsaved world has no hope, because hellfire awaits them. This world is the only hell Christians will ever suffer, and the only heaven unsaved sinners will ever enjoy. Loneliness will only last for a season. This too shall pass. We find the phrase "It came to pass" 387 times in the Old Testament. Your loneliness will come to pass my friend. Jesus said in John 16:33, "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." This ole rotten world can easily make anyone not want to be here. But if you have a pulse, God has a purpose for you still being here. God doesn't expect us to do anymore than what He has laid before us to do. We are all limited in our influence and abilities, but God has given to each of us a unique opportunity to reach lost sinners with the Gospel. This is not religion, it is the truth of God's Word. Oh, that people would know the difference between the two.

We are living in hellish times, where people are lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." (2nd Timothy 3:2-4). This is America today! This is Europe today! This is Australia today! This is the world today! "Even so, come, Lord Jesus" (Revelation 22:20).
 

It is Becoming Lonely to Be a God-Fearing Christian

Luke 23:2 tells us just how rotten people can be. The Jews accused Jesus, Who never sinned and Who helped thousands of people, of perverting their country... "And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation." Oh, how lonely Jesus must have felt. Things are no different today. Listen to what Ellen degenerate said about Christians. . . .

"I don't see full-page ads saying `Stop the Hate, Stop the Violence." said DeGeneres. "These same evil, idiotic, so-called God-loving people who use the Bible to justify their hate, I'm sure still feel deep down that blacks aren't equal to whites because the Bible was also used to justify slavery."

She then compared such people to Hitler and those who were complicit in the Holocaust. "When Hitler was killing all the Jews," she said, "the church was silent, they did nothing."

Then she made her fundamental point: Children should be taught that the homosexual lifestyle is a good thing. "Please raise your children with love and not judgment," she said. "Tell them that everybody has the right to love whom they want to love."

DeGeneres stomped off to the wings to hug and kiss Hollywood actress Ann Heche. Heche mounted the stage and shouted, "I am so glad to be Ellen DeGeneres's wife." [emphasis added]

Out of all the good things Christians do for society today, we are still attacked by the ungodly. Isn't it hypocritical how a lesbian can bash Christians publicly and get away with it, but Christian leaders are labeled as "hatemongers" and "terrorists" for preaching against homosexuality? To teach children that homosexuality is a good thing is to woefully deceive them and guarantee them a life of misery, unfulfillment and judgment before God. The Bible is God's Word and we should obey it.

Homosexuality is a curse upon America and God's blessings are quickly departing from our nation. This is evidenced by all the unemployment, the housing market crash, massive crime increases nationwide, the nazi-style militarization of local police forces, the moral cesspool of American society, and the apostate complacency of most Americans. The evil Federal Reserve Bank is behind much of America's economic woes. We now have a Communist U.S. President, who's been implementing Communist policies since his first day in office, claiming it is for our own good; but bigger government only leads to tyranny. Wake up people, we are being lied to, again!

The more we serve God as faithful Christians, the fewer friends we will have in these apostate times. Few churchgoers nowadays can stomach the reality behind the 911 attacks, i.e., that our own top government officials (and The Council On Foreign Relations) orchestrated the 911 attacks. There is an overwhelming case against the government that is not going away. The truth cannot be suppressed. God has always made it so that those who desire the truth can find it.

Feminism is Synonymous with Divorce and Loneliness

With all the feminist rebellion causing divorce nowadays, no wonder so many people are lonely! Feminism is synonymous with loneliness. Feminism is destroying America! Women have become bossy, intolerant and quick to call 911 on their husbands. At the other extreme, police have been trained to arrest a husband and have him prosecuted for as much as yelling at his wife. Now what's the chances of that? The result is a wacko society that cannot function. No one yells at people any more than the police. In the normal days of America, husbands and wives yelled at each other, but it was still home sweet home.

You've got a bunch of feminist lesbians running around nowadays, crying “monster” every time a man yells at his wife or kids. The police make a federal case out of it and bring out half the police force, with fifteen squad cars, drawing their guns, ready to apprehend the terrorist husband. The end result is disaster. We live in a paranoid society today, with intolerant laws to prosecute intolerant husbands, who are crucified by intolerant wives who call police who've been trained to be intolerant. How can such a whacko society survive? It cannot, evidenced by the daily news.

It's not just the men, look at this poor mother who had her children taken away FOREVER by the government for spanking them on an airplane? We've become an intolerant society today in the U.S. No wonder so many people are lonely. Feminism is now starting to backfire on women. Whereas feminism has been the motivating force behind abortion, lesbianism and divorce in America, it has now also become the primary factor in destroying the home, or what is commonly called the “nuclear family.” This is why same-sex marriages are being promoted so much these sicko days. Strong Christians come from strong families. If Satan can destroy the family, then he has won another fight.

Thankfully, the battle is the Lord's and Satan will spend eternity burning in the Lake of Fire. Revelation 20:10, "And the Devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever." Amen and amen!

You need not be lonely my friend, God is closer than you can imagine, for He keeps you breathing (Acts 17:25). You cannot come back to God for he is already there.

Hebrews 13:5, "Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."
