The Earth is the Lord's!

1st Corinthians 10:26, “For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.”
The earth belongs to the Lord and everything therein. 2nd Corinthians 4:4 teaches that Satan is the god of this sinful world of corrupt politics, greed and religion; but the earth itself is the Lords Who created it (John 1:1-3,14).
We hear much rhetoric from elite world rulers about population control, as if God hadn't thought about that. God commanded Noah and his family to multiply and replenish the earth. That command hasn't changed in 4,500 years. There is plenty of room on the earth. The problem is Communist dictators who want to control humanity.
When people are allowed to flourish and Capitalism is encouraged, society works. But when you take away people's jobs, place heavy tax burdens upon them and regulate everything, Capitalism cannot work. Communism has never worked and never will, because it eliminates personal ambition and punishes the hardworking who are denied the due fruits of their hard labors.
There is nothing wrong with the world that could not be cured if greed for power, wealth and pleasures could be eliminated. Unfortunately, mankind is inherently sinful and the wealthy elite will always afflict the less fortunate in order to become wealthier and gain more control. Satan is in control of the evil world, which explains why the world is so messed up. Just as Satan tempted Jesus by offering him the glory of the kingdoms of the earth (Matthew 4:8-9), so does the Devil offer the same fame, fortunate and pleasures to his servants today.
Never forget that the earth itself belongs to God. Those who fear that a comet will destroy the earth, or other possible catastrophic events lack faith in God. The Lord never sleeps. God is still on His throne. The earth isn't going anywhere.
I pray that when the Lord gives me a new glorified body one day that I will be able to travel the world (something I've never been able to do). I have horrible health problems. Due to two failed neck surgeries to remove herniated disks and bones spurs, I am much worse off after the surgeries. Both of my arms feel like air bags. All my fingers tingle 24/7. My legs are less affected, but both experience the same tingling and a sensation of being asleep. My neck hurts so bad, like a horrible toothache all the time.
I took Gabapentin, but it didn't do anything to alleviate my arm and leg pain and tingling. I take Oxycontin for pain and Dilaudid for breakthrough pain. Oh how I desire for a new body from the Lord (1st Corinthians 15:51-52; Revelation 21:4). Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
