Seventh-Day Adventists are Very Sneaky

By David J. Stewart

2nd Corinthians 11:3, “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.”

In these Last Days, one of the most popular subjects on the internet is prophecy. False prophets know this!!! Consequently, they are exploiting people's interest in the Last Days to suck them into false religion, especially Seventh-Day Adventism [SDA].

Tragically, much of the prophetic teachings on the internet are written by Seventh-Day Adventists. Adventists are easily spotted on the internet because they don't disclose their religious affiliation. Anytime I read something which seems to be Christian, but is vague and they are silent about who they are, I know they're likely Seventh-Day Adventists. Some are more outspoken and easier to refute. John Quade is silent concerning his SDA affiliation on his website: www.biblerapture.com.

SDA's are sneaky and won't tell you upfront who they are, nor what they believe, because they know most people will run away if told the truth. In fact, SDA's are so far off base that they come in a close second to the Satanic Jehovah's Witnesses.

In sharp contrast to SDA's secrecy, the Bible is upfront and brutally honest, which is why so many people are greatly offended by the Bible. God said what He meant and meant what He said. Jesus said, “If it were not so, I would have told you” (John 14:2). SDA's are very sneaky and deceitful, a difficult cult to expose if you don't know their core beliefs. The truth is that SDA's deny a literal Hell, teach that Michael became Jesus and require a life of obedient discipleship to be saved.

Seventh-Day Adventism is a hellish cult. SDA are a scary bunch, singing and talking like Biblical Christians; but they are a Satanic cult who adhere to some very strange doctrines. Hebrews 13:9, “Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines.”

There are a multitude of SDA websites teaching prophecy that ought to be avoided and exposed, because they will suck you into a false religion. SDA is a dangerous cult, who teach many doctrines of demons.

After searching numerous SDA websites, it became obvious to me that SDA's are very reluctant to tell you their religious affiliation. I listened to a message on the End Times by John Quade. He has his own website at: http://www.biblerapture.com/AboutUs.asp. He won't tell you he's a Seventh-Day Adventist. SDA's have been known for hiding their true identity for the longest. If I were a Seventh-Day Adventist, which I thankfully am not, I would be hesitant to tell people too. Their doctrines are so bizarre and strange that it makes them look silly. Beware of Steve Wohlberg and other SDA's.

Furthermore, the entire SDA history is silly. Their religion began when a wayward minister, William Miller, who prophesied that Jesus would return in 1844. Well, Jesus didn't return and they looked like idiots. So to save face the Seventh-Day Adventist demonic cult was begun.

SDA's learned a long time ago that the fastest way to lose followers is to admit that they are SDA's. So they don't tell people and naive victims are duped. By the time their victims realize the name of the cult they've joined, they've become friends with them. SDA's are highly deceptive. I challenge you to prove what I say. Anytime you see a nice looking couple talking about Jesus, but you have a difficult time finding out what religious denomination they belong to, I guarantee you they are likely Seventh-Day Adventists. SDA's are known for hiding their true identity as Adventists, because they know that most people will RUN, and rightfully so.

I am an Independent Fundamental Baptist; but first and foremost, I'm a born-again Christian. I tell you truthfully that Seventh-day Adventism of a Satanic religion, based upon lies and perversions of the Bible. SDA's teach that Jesus is Michael, the archangel. This is very similar to what is taught by Jehovah's Witnesses. Ask an Adventist if they believe that Jesus became Michael, or if Jesus has anything to do with Michael?

Many of them are ignorant and don't know what they believe, which is often the case I have found. Even worse, most SDA's don't care because they are happy in their social club religion. Jesus said in Mark 7:9, “Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.” Most religious people I have met in my life were loyal to their particular religious group and couldn't have cared less about the truth of God's Word. Their minds were filled with excuses, obstacles and foolish thoughts. THE TRUTH is what matters, which is why Jesus said that God can only be worshipped IN TRUTH (John 4:24). Religion is not truth. Religion is tradition. The Word of God is truth (John 17:17).

One of the wildest teachings of SDA, exclusive to their own religion, is the Investigative Judgment of Jesus. They errantly teach that Jesus' work of redemption is not finished yet. Seventh-Day Adventism is an unsaved cult. They are NOT Christians. SDA requires works salvation.

Seventh-Day Adventists Teach Works Salvation

SDA is a messed up religion which requires water baptism, Sabbath keeping and persevering in good works to be saved. They deceitfully speak of receiving Jesus for salvation, which misleads their victims; but at the core of their false religion they pervert the Gospel and demand all sorts of self-righteous works to be saved.

As with nearly all false prophets, SDA's deceitfully profess to believe in salvation by grace through faith; but then horribly contradict themselves in their writings . . .

Faith is not simply looking at a distant, historical Jesus. Rather, it is responding to His invitation to "follow me." That is how I become a disciple. It is by accepting the obligation to live a life of discipleship that faith becomes obedience. Surely this is what Mrs. White meant when she wrote that the faith that leads to salvation "is not a mere intellectual assent to the truth. . . . The only faith that will benefit us is that which embraces Him as a personal Saviour" (ibid., p. 347). "To have faith means to find and accept the gospel treasure, with all the obligations which it imposes" (Christ's Object Lessons, p. 112).

Heresy! Salvation is not “accepting the obligation to live a life of discipleship.” This negates the gift of God. Romans 4:5 plainly teaches, “But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.” SDA's ignore and disregard Romans 4:5. Salvation is without works of self-righteousness. The man who believes on Christ is saved, because his faith is COUNTED for righteousness. I tell you plainly that Seventh-Day Adventism is straight out of the pits of Hell.

Notice also that the quote mentions of Ellen G. White, a heretic who openly denied the deity of Jesus Christ. Seventh-Day Adventism is Ellen G. White! Ellen White's gravestone is marked with a giant Illuminati obelisk. SDA is a New World Order religion, as are Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and Scientologists and many others. The common denominator is occult Freemasonry.

Adventists like John Quade talk about “inviting Jesus into your life”[1] to be saved, but that is not what the Bible teaches. Judas invited Jesus into his life, being one of Christ's very disciples, but still went to Hell. The Bible tells us to BELIEVE on Jesus (John 1:12; Acts 16:31); not give our life to Jesus or invite Him into our life to be saved. That is a false gospel.

The quote I just gave you by Jan Paulsen clearly evidences that Seventh-Day Adventists teach works salvation . . . “It is by accepting the obligation to live a life of discipleship that faith becomes obedience.” If a life of discipleship is mandatory for salvation, then self-righteousness is required for salvation. Do you see how deceptive SDA's are? They claim to believe in salvation by grace through faith alone in Christ; but then they contradict themselves by teaching that a person must live a life of obedience to Christ in order to be saved.

As you just read from her own writings, Ellen G. White taught that faith in Christ includes OBLIGATIONS. That is not Biblical. Salvation is receiving, not giving. There are no obligations to salvation. Revelation 22:17 says that WHOSOEVER is thirsty may take of the water of life freely. There is no obligation on our part to be saved. If we acknowledge our guilt of sin and believe on Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God, then we will be saved (John 3:16; Acts 10:43; Romans 10:13).

Ellen G. White Adamantly Denied Jesus' Deity

History can be corrupted, but the truth cannot. Ellen G. White denied Jesus' deity.

"The man Christ Jesus was not the Lord God Almighty."
—Ellen G. White (1903, ms 150, SDA Commentary V, p. 1129)

SDA teach a series of heresies, such as the unscriptural “Investigative Judgment” and “soul sleep” and that there is no Hell. SDA's instead errantly believe that the wicked will be annihilated. The Bible has much more to say about Hell than Heaven, and repeatedly warns of flaming fire (2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9), everlasting fire (Matthew 18:8) and the vengeance of eternal fire (Jude 1:7) for the wicked.

The Devil is Subtle and Deceptive in Seventh-Day Adventism

Seventh Day Adventists [SDA] profess to believe that faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. However, what they don't tell you is that they have a very different understanding of what the term “faith” means. To the Adventist, faith encompasses everything that the Christian life includes.

"To have faith means to find and accept the gospel treasure, with all the obligations which it imposes" (Christ's Object Lessons, p. 112).

Obligations? What obligations? Eternal life is a free gift, paid for by Jesus' precious blood (Romans 4:5-6; 1st Peter 1:18-19). SDA is a works-based false religion, which mandates OBLIGATIONS that the Bible does NOT! There can be no obligations for something truly to be a gift! If I tell you that I bought you a birthday present, but first you must complete a list of obligations to have it; then it WOULDN'T truly be a gift! It would be a reward that you had earned.

The entire corrupted mindset of the Seventh-Day Adventist is that you had better do your best, while trusting Christ, and hope your best is good enough when Christ's work of Investigative Judgment is complete. This false doctrine is only taught by Adventists. The term Investigative Judgment isn't even found in the Bible. SDA's have their own bizarre demonic cult which is deceitful, packed full of lies and smells with the stench of sewage from Hell. Run, run, run while you can, before you get sucked into the deadly black hole of lies and deceit of Seventh-Day Adventism!!!

Thus, faith to an Adventist means that a person must be water baptized, go to church, faithfully live a righteous life, tithe, keep the SDA Sabbath, et cetera, to be saved in their religion. Of course, that is a damnable doctrine not taught in the Word of God. Seventh Day Adventism is a false religion based upon self-righteousness and a corrupt view of the gospel.

Biblical faith is simply resting in Jesus Christ for salvation (Genesis 15:6; Romans 4:3-5; Romans 10:3-4; Ephesians 2:8-9). Biblical faith imposes no obligation upon the sinner in order to be saved. Faith in the Lord is all that is necessary. Eternal life is a free gift (Romans 5:15;6:23), freely offered (Romans 10:13) and freely received (Revelation 22:17). Salvation is receiving, not giving. The sinner who believes on Jesus Christ, the Son of God, apart from all self-righteousness, will be saved and go to Heaven.

Seventh-Day Adventists Deny the Existence of a Literal Hell

SDA teacher and author, Doug Batchelor, teaches that Hell does not exist. He believes that Hell will be here upon the earth for 1,000 years and then the wicked will be annihilated . . .

http://www.bibleprophecytruth.com/topics/hell.aspx

In sharp contrast, 2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9 plainly teaches that all Christ-rejecters will suffer eternal punishment in a literal place called Hell that burns with flames of fire . . .

2nd Thessalonians 1:8-9, “In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.”

How can anyone explain away this Scripture? Doug Batchelor claims that God is not cruel and could never send anyone to a Lake of Fire to suffer forever; but that's not what the Word of God teaches. If God allows unimaginable suffering in this present earthly world, then you can rest assure God means what He says about an eternal place for the dammed (Psalm 9:17), a place of fire and brimstone (Revelation 21:8), where the wicked will be punished forever (Revelation 20:11-15).

There is nothing in the Bible that teaches Hell will be here upon the earth. Doug Batchelor teaches that Christians will be taken away from the earth during the 1,000-year Millennium; while the wicked are burning in Hell on earth for 1,000 years. These bizarre teachings are not taught in the Bible.

The Millennial reign of Jesus Christ will literally be from Jerusalem, upon the earth. The wicked will be cast into a literal place called Hell, which is where the unsaved rich man in Luke 16 went. SDA's have everything backwards. Sadly, there are numerous websites which deny the everlasting punishment of the wicked. These doctrinally corrupt websites appear at the top of the search engines. It is important that Bible-believing Christians start publishing their own doctrinally sound websites, because the wicked have saturated the internet with lies.

Beware of the Seventh-Day Adventists

Beware of all the Seventh-Day Adventist's websites on prophecy. There are plenty of them. Before you know it, you'll be reading that Hell has no fire and Jesus is Michael. SDA's are deceitful. They claim Jesus is God on one hand; but then teach he is Michael on the other. SDA's are very sneaky and you need to watch out for this false religion! They talk about the way of salvation from God; but that doesn't mean anything, so did the demon-possessed woman in Acts 16:16-17.

The Bible is our Final Authority on all matters. Seventh-Day Adventism is a very difficult cult to expose without the Bible. However, by shining the Lamp of God's Word upon their bizarre and strange teachings, they are quickly exposed as a demonic false religion, who teach works salvation and attack the deity of Jesus Christ.

SDA's talk out of both sides of their mouth. On one hand they claim they're the remnant church, adhering to the teachings of Ellen G. White; yet Ellen White openly denied the deity of Jesus Christ. Adventists are in a catch 22 position. If they deny White as an inspired prophetess, there goes their religion. But they cannot openly promote her because she was a confirmed heretic, plagiarist and total whacko.

If you are a SDA, I plead with you to come out of that false religion and simply follow the Word of God. Jesus never started any religion. The local New Testament Church is a gathering of born-again believers. The early Christians met in each other's homes and had no church building, nor were they a state-licensed 501c3 business. Jesus said where 2 or 3 are gathered in His name, there will He be in the midst (Matthew 18:20). Luke 17:21, “behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”

The key to exposing Seventh-Day Adventism is to research the origin of the religion, which began with the Millerites and numerous failed prophecies. Members of the Miller cult sold their homes, quit their jobs and gave away all their earthly possessions in anticipation that Jesus would bodily return to the earth in 1844. Jesus didn't return! If it were not for this failed alleged prophetic event, Seventh-Day Adventism wouldn't exist today. That speaks plainly in and of itself.

Ellen G. White claimed to have received more than 3,000 “inspired counsels from the Lord” (i.e., visions) between 1844 and 1868. Yet Hebrews 1:1-2 tells us that God hath spoken to us in these Last Days only by His Son, i.e., the Bible. Anyone who claims to receive visions from God is a false prophet. Jesus commanded His disciples in John 5:39 to SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES! That is our Final Authority.

From these so-called “visions,” white produced over 100,000 handwritten manuscript pages from which were published 54 books. The official SDA Questions on Doctrine states, “the Holy Spirit opened to her mind important events and called her to give certain instructions for these last days, and inasmuch as these instructions, in our understanding, are in harmony with the Word of God, which Word alone is able to make us wise unto salvation, we as a denomination accept them as inspired counsels from the Lord” (Questions on Doctrine, p. 93). This is the core belief of SDA, i.e., they recognize Ellen White as a divinely inspired prophetess.

The Illuminati obelisk atop White's grave tells the truth. Satan launched many false religions, Communism, Nazism, Evolution and the heretical Greek of Westcott and Hort in the 1800's—all intended to bring about a one-world system of religion government, economy and control. We are seeing the culmination of these demonic efforts today in the 21st century, aka, a New World Order.

SDA's alone teach that Ellen G. White was an inspired prophetess
