Truly America is no longer a Christian nation. The removal of the Bible and prayer from all public (government) schools in 1963 has been successful to destroy our nation's faith in God. Whereas men used to believe that God created man, now men believe that man created God. Commentator Paul Harvey had this to say back in 1993 (note that Paul Harvey was a Seventh Day Adventist, a false cult. Nevertheless, his famous 1993 radio message is true as can be concerning sin in our nation).
Who can argue that genuine faith in God is synonymous with good morals, compassion and decency. Faith in God is the foundation of every great nation, and the lack thereof its destruction. It is no coincidence that as Americans forsake God our nation is going insane, illogical and sexually perverse. Abortion and same-sex marriage are mental illnesses caused by spiritual wickedness.
No healthy mind conceives a child and then kills it. Most unwanted children are the consequence of sexual immorality. No healthy mind wants to marry someone of the same sexual gender, trying to simulate heterosexual mating through bizarre fist-sex and other insane practices.

How many atheists are there?
It depends on your definition of the term. Only between 1.5 and 4 percent of Americans admit to so-called "hard atheism," the conviction that no higher power exists. But a much larger share of the American public (19 percent) spurns organized religion in favor of a nondefined skepticism about faith. This group, sometimes collectively labeled the "Nones," is growing faster than any religious faith in the U.S.About two thirds of Nones say they are former believers; 24 percent are lapsed Catholics and 29 percent once identified with other Christian denominations. David Silverman, president of American Atheists, claims these Nones as members of his tribe. "If you don't have a belief in God, you're an atheist," he said. "It doesn't matter what you call yourself."
Why are so many people leaving religion?
It's primarily a backlash against the religious Right, say political scientists Robert Putnam and David Campbell. In their book, American Grace, they argue that the religious Right's politicization of faith in the 1990s turned younger, socially liberal Christians away from churches, even as conservatives became more zealous.
The dropouts were turned off by churches' Old Testament condemnation of homosexuals, premarital sex, contraception, and abortion. The Catholic Church's sex scandals also prompted millions to equate religion with moralistic hypocrisy. "While the Republican base has become ever more committed to mixing religion and politics," Putnam and Campbell write, "the rest of the country has been moving in the opposite direction."
As society becomes more secular, researchers say, doubters are more confident about identifying themselves as nonbelievers. "The collapse of institutional religion in the first 10 years of this century [has] freed so many people to say they don't really care," said author Diana Butler Bass.

In other words, they want a church that approves of sin. 2nd Timothy 4:3, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.” Can you imagine people quitting church because homosexuality, abortion and fornication are NOT permitted?
The adulterous man in 1st Corinthians 5:1-5 who was living in open adultery in the church, repented when the pastor got tough against sin. In sharp contrast, today's wicked generation has chosen to be turned over to Satan (1st Corinthians 5:5), refusing to repent, and preferring to live in sin without God. Sin prevents men from coming to Christ to be saved.
Sinners who love their sins WON'T come to Jesus Christ to be saved (John 3:20). You don't have to change the Gospel to prevent people who love their sins from coming to Christ. The popular false gospel today is that you must “make Jesus Lord” to be saved, “giving all to Christ,” “making a full surrender.” Ray Comfort, Paul Washer, Moody Bible Institute, Paul and Jan Crouch of TBN, Joel Osteen, Kirk Cameron, John MacArthur... these all teach that you must “make Jesus Lord,” and “make a commitment to Christ,” and make a sincere effort to stop sinning in order to be saved. That's NOT the Gospel.
Those false prophets are trying to force people to clean up their life in order to be saved. It's all backwards. You get saved first, and then God helps you clean up your life. Lordship Salvation is a false gospel. You need only receive Jesus as your Savior to be saved, and then He automatically becomes the Lord over your life the second you're saved. God seals you with the Holy Spirit (2nd Corinthians 1:22; Ephesians 1:13; Ephesians 4:30; Romans 8:9). Thank you Lord Jesus for dying for my sins, and for God the Father Who raised up His Son from the grave three days later (1st Corinthians 15:1-4).
The Gospel is that Jesus died, was buried and
rose again for our sins (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe it and the work is
done! If you believe that Jesus died, was buried and rose again, receiving
that as payment for your sins, then you are saved. We are saved by Jesus'
precious blood that washes away our sins (1st Peter 1:18-19). The second
that you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ you are saved instantly,
immediately and eternally (Romans 10:13). It's that simple to be saved.
Satan Will Do Anything To Discredit Christianity
The preceding article also claims that the sex scandals in the Catholic Church and the politicalization of the right-wing has driven people out of the churches. In other words, false religion and political-based religion have led people astray from the truth of the Gospel (2nd Corinthians 4:4)! Most people portray churches through the eyes of the mainstream newsmedia and television. It's the newsmedia that are instrumental in brainwashing people through the television. People have lost faith in churches for various reasons. These are two.
Another reason not mentioned here is the ever-changing Bible version problem. People have lost faith in the Bible because there are hundreds of versions available today, and they all say something different, thus confusing most people.
Satan has used wickedness in churches, false religions, politics in the churches, false Bibles, and evil comedians who turn the hearts of Americans away from church in TV sitcoms, like GCB (Good Christian Bitches). Satan has duped society, blinding people from the truth of the kingdom of God. Most people think religion was created to control the masses. They think that the Bible was written by mortal men, corrupt, and only written to control other men.
The Word of God teaches in Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” If you're reading this website, you must be seeking the truth. God must be working in your heart. I tell you, read the Words of God in the King James Bible and you'll find what you're looking for. I love Psalms 33:11, “The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.” God shares His thoughts with each and every generation through His Word in the Bible. One generation passes away and another is born, but the Words of God never pass away and are always here. The Bible was here long before you and I were born friend, and the Bible will be here long after we pass away and are gone.
What a privilege to have the Words of God!
Before printing presses were invented in 1440, people used to have to go to
church or the temple to hear the Words of God read. We are so blessed today.
And we have the complete Bible! I have heard multiple accounts of men who
couldn't read or hear, that learned with their tongue to decipher and read
the Words of God. Yet most people today won't even read the Bible with their
perfect eye-sight which God has blessed them with, or listen to the Word of
God on DVD with their healthy ears.
A Nation Of Thankless Ingrates!
We are a generation of ingrates, as were the nine lepers whom Jesus healed, but they failed to glorify God nor say thank you. Can you imagine? Luke 17:17, “And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?” If you don't read your Bible and pray daily, you are no better. If you are saved, the Lord has healed you of the curse of the Law and sin, and given you a hope of Heaven and eternal life (Romans 8:32-34). Whew! God is a great God! We are all so undeserving of God's love and goodness (Luke 6:35).
In the progression of sin in a society in Romans chapter one, the first step to doom is failing to glorify (acknowledge) God in society. This wicked generation thinks all the hundreds of wonderful varieties of foods, and the incredible human body, and the mysteries of the universes, and the beauty of nature, and the awesomeness of life itself... just exploded in a Big Bang and happened by chance. While reading my Bible today I found Psalms 33:6, “By the word of the LORD were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth.” By the Word of God the universe was created. This Scripture is quoted by the Apostle Peter in 2nd Peter 3:5, “For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water.”
The
abortionist is killing what God has made. If Americans weren't so sexually
promiscuous and irresponsible, there wouldn't be a constant never-ending
supply of unwanted babies to the abortuaries all across our nation! A fetus
is a child, not a choice!
Pepsi Cola thinks a fetus is a flavoring ingredient. Satan is so evil that he has possessed an insane group of people to actually dilute ground up fetuses into our foods. Literally, you're eating human beings in Kraft and Pepsi Cola products. It's just like the shocking 1970's sci-fi thriller starring Charleston Heston, SOYLENT GREEN.
On May 17, 2012 the Oklahoma Senate passed Bill 1418 which bans using aborted fetuses in our food supply. What has our nation deteriorated into when our lawmakers have to pass laws prohibiting putting ground up humans into our food? My God in Heaven, say it isn't so! I need to go take a long walk and pray.
The Bible teaches that hearing the Word of God bringeth FAITH. Why do you think the government took the Bible out of all the schools? The Devil didn't want children to hear the Word of God anymore, so they have NO FAITH anymore. Hence this article. Atheism is increasing in America to the exact same inversely proportional degree that the Word of God has been removed from our culture and lives.
Apart from a few remaining bastions of truth in
faithful churches today (mostly Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches)
and the precious King James Bible (which is inspired), there is no more
truth! As Christians we need to lift the banner of the cross high—preaching
the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ three days later for our
sins. This is the Gospel. If anyone acknowledges their guilt of sin for
breaking God's Commandments (Romans 3:!9) and receives Christ's death,
burial and resurrection as payment for their sins, they will be saved (1st
Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and thou
shalt be saved (John 20:31; Acts 16:30-31; John 3:16; Galatians 3:26; John
10:9).
Lack Of Faith Is Directly Proportional To Society's Tolerance For Wickedness
Here is proof that America's morality is directly linked to faith in God. In a May 2012 Gallant Poll by USA TODAY, more than 50% of those questioned say they support homosexuals getting married. Notice that the article goes onto say that voters who are churchgoers are more likely to disagree with same-sex marriages...
"Overall, 51% approve of Obama's new position on same-sex marriage, compared with 45% who disapprove. ... voters who say religion is important to them and are regular church attendees are more likely to disapprove of Obama's position."

So it's the crowd that doesn't attend church who support homosexuality the most. This just underlines the importance of preaching preachers in our nation. There's nothing wrong in America today that couldn't be remedied by one generation of Bible preaching. It only requires one apostate generation to turn a nation away from God. Likewise, it would only require one repentant generation to bring America back to God. The great need of the day is preaching preachers!!!
