The Rapture Could Happen Today!

1st Thessalonians 4:17, “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”
The following is a mock newspaper, of perhaps what one might expect after the Rapture . . .
"Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?" —Luke 18:8
The Bible teaches that Jesus could return at any time, and we should “WATCH” for the Lord's return. Mark 13:35-37 . . .
“WATCH ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, WATCH.”
Are you watching for the Lord's return? Do you love Jesus? Are you preaching the Gospel to lost sinners? Our time on earth is short, whether the Lord returns today or our life's span runs out. In just a short time we will be in eternity. All that will matter then, as believers, is what we did for Jesus' sake and the Gospel's.
I'm not looking for the undertaker, I'm looking for the uppertaker!
Contrary to the scoffing of mockers in these Last Days, the Rapture is not a new teaching. I have heard numerous people, from authors to talk show hosts, claim that the Rapture is a new teaching that didn't exist until just a couple hundred years ago. Nothing could be further from the plain truth of God's Word.
May I say, confidently, that the Bible teaches a Rapture of the saints. I believe that the Words of the King James Bible are 100% preserved and inspired by God. Every last Word. Word-for-Word inspired. We clearly read in 1st Thessalonians 4:17 that all believers shall be “caught up” together in the clouds to meet Jesus in the air. This is the Rapture of the New Testament Church, which may take place at any “moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed” (1st Corinthians 15:52).
